This adapter is used to connect your vitreous/stainless steel stove pipe to the underside of a clay lined chimney. Use if a chimney liner is not being installed. The adaptor is fixed to the underside of your clay liner. Secure by way of drilling through the sump adaptor's outer ring and fixing to the underside of your clay liner by way of raw plugs and screws (not provided).
