The Odin Tunnel Fixed is a suspended or ceiling-mounted double-sided wood-burning fireplace (known as a “tunnel” model) from Dik Geurts. It offers flame views from two sides and is designed to hang from a non-combustible ceiling. It’s part of the stylish Odin range, which combines modern design with clean combustion.

Odin Front Stove Versions

[1] Odin Fixed - Suspended Ceiling Kit

Fixed” refers to models of the Odin stove that are ceiling‑suspended (i.e. hung from a ceiling). The “Front Fixed” is single‑sided: you see the fire only from the front. Also Tunnel Fixed versions: double‑sided (“tunnel”) giving a view through the stove from two sides.

[2] Odin Base - Pedestal

The “Base” version means the Odin stove is freestanding on a pedestal / base rather than wall-mounted or suspended. This gives more flexibility of where it can be placed. This upright design and support feature can be used in both Odin models. 

[3] Odin Plateau 1040mm / 1600mm - Bench Log Store

The “Plateau” version is a freestanding Odin stove placed on a bench or plate‑form (a base platform, often steel), rather than simply a pedestal or being wall‑mounted. This additional design option allows for the stove to sit on top of the plateau feature and provides a convenient area to store logs. The Odin Plateau is available in 2 standard sizes; 1040mm Wide / 1600mm Wide. When used alongside the single sided model it is installed against a flat wall.

Beautifully Simple

One single sturdily constructed air slider with three settings for the entire operation of your stove. This is typically Dik Geurts. The primary ventilation is for igniting the fire, the secondary ventilation is for burning waste gases and the ventilated glass creates a window that always stay clean.

Rapid Heat & Low Emissions

The Odin's internal lining is made of cast vermiculite that perfectly reflects the heat. This ensures faster heating of the fume channel and more heat in the fire. The result: beautifully clean combustion, higher efficiency and adherence to the most stringent emission requirements.

Naturally Efficient

Besides heat reflecting inner cladding made of vermiculite, the Odin offers, as do all Dik Geurts stoves, the option of external air connection. This means that no air is drawn from the living room, resulting in clean burning and efficient performance that is compatible with well insulated homes.
