Delivery & Shipping

When you place an order with the StoveBay.com you are agreeing with our Terms and Conditions.

We aim to have goods delivered within 7-14 days unless stated or advised otherwise. Goods are delivered, Monday-Friday, by an experienced carrier in order to limit delays, damages and other issues that may arise when transporting such ‘bulk item’ goods.

In some instances were products are out of stock [i.e. goods out of stock at various times of the year] we aim to have goods delivered within 4 weeks from order or at the earliest possible convenience. *Range Cookers for example may take up to 4 weeks from time of order, to manufacture and dispatch. You will be advised of this when you place your order. If you need to contact the Stovebay.com prior to any order please feel free to do so.

In these circumstances, you will be notified and given the option to continue or to cancel the purchase. 

*Some of the larger boiler stoves may not be shipped at current rates. 

Additional Information

In order to make the delivery process as straightforward and trouble-free as possible we do require some additional information that maybe relevant to your delivery address [i.e. height restrictions, long lanes, narrow lanes, uneven ground, low hanging trees or building structures].

You will be contacted within 48 hours of your purchase to inform you of expected delivery date of your goods.

If no-one present to accept delivered goods, there will be a further charge for re-delivery.

All goods should be paid for in full before shipping can commence. Payment can be made via the appropriate methods.

Cheque payments need to be cleared before shipping can commence.

All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT at the current rate and are as up to date as possible.

Carriers will leave the goods at the nearest accessible point and are not expected to carry goods inside the property. Larger goods [i.e. stoves] will be delivered on a pallet. Smaller goods will be boxed or wrapped.

It is important that there is someone at the address for delivery, to help unload and accept goods.

Thoroughly, check goods once unloaded and delivered, in presence of carrier. Pay attention to packaging, marks on packaging, condition and general integrity of the goods. Notify the StoveBay.com of any damages immediately and we can advise action to be taken.

If goods are damaged then mark this on delivery note. If you are not happy with the goods then do not sign or accept unless advised to do so.

Only sign for the goods if you are satisfied with their condition. Do not accept damaged goods unless you have been speaking with StoveBay.com.

Once goods have been signed for they are considered to be in good condition, and any subsequent ‘damaged in transit’ claims will not be accepted.

Late Delivery: The StoveBay.com endeavour to meet delivery dates, be aware that delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control; including public holidays, busy times of year, transit delays.

Our recommendations would be to plan ahead and order your goods to arrive before any scheduled installation.
