How do I order?

The quickest way to place an order is by using the secure online ecommerce site. Orders can be placed over the phone but a handling charge of 2% is applicable. 

My order has not arrived? 

Contact the Stovebay to track your order via email. 

Can I change my order once it has been placed? 

Please contact us via email ASAP once you have placed your order. If the order has not being dispatched we will endeavour to alter any changes. If the order has been dispatched and you want to change it, you will be charged for carriage on the goods.

Which delivery methods do you use?

We use experienced carriers on all large goods dispatched. For smaller goods we use the Royal Mail.

What is Verified by Visa and Mastercard Secure Code?

This facility allows you to be even more secure and confident when purchasing goods online. They provide you with extra security and protection against unauthorised usage when shopping online. Without this the purchase cannot proceed.
